Keith was raised in Huntington Harbour and has resided in six on-water homes since the late 70's.  We met in Huntington Harbour in 1983 and both share a passion for the ocean and the harbour lifestyle.  Having lived on Humboldt and Trinidad islands and two separate sections of the mainland means real life experiences that few agents can personally relay to you.

Apartment Investor

We began investing in Real Estate in 1990.  By 1994 we had purchased our first apartment building.  In 1995 we were able to buy several more buildings to add to our portfolio.  Between 1996 and 1999 several of these were sold at a profit and reinvested through 1031 tax defered exchanges into larger buildings in North Orange County.  This decade long activity translates into a wealth of experience for the first-time or seasoned investor who wants to add income producing Real Estate to their personal and diverse assets.

Property Rehabilitation Expert

Having purchased several homes and apartment buildings for the sole purpose of rehabilitation for resale has also been another form of our real estate experience.  We have done this not only for some of our investor clients, but have also completed similiar transactions for ourselves.  Through this process, we have compiled a plethora of contractor and trades referrals that we continue to work with on almost every transaction.  This takes a lot of the guess work out of who our clients have to choose from when their need arises.
